About Us

We are a growing business in Real Estate Consultancy and Insurance Renewal Services. Since we are new, we are looking for a motivated telecaller (girl candidate preferable) who can help us expand our client base, build relationships, and contribute to the business growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients for real estate property sales, rentals, and lead generation.

Call existing clients for insurance policy renewal reminders and maintain regular follow-up.

Maintain client data, update CRM/records, and ensure accuracy.

Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings between clients and the business owner.

Provide basic information about services and handle initial client queries.

Work closely with management to achieve weekly/monthly targets.

Requirements

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; Graduates preferred.

Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling/real estate/insurance (Freshers welcome with good communication skills).

Age: 20–32 years (girl candidate preferable).

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in Hindi & English.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Google Forms).

Persuasive & polite telecalling ability.

Good listening skills and confidence in handling client objections.

Personality: Friendly, hardworking, punctual, willing to learn and grow with the company.
