Job Title: Business Development Executive (Tele calling / Telesales)

Telemarketing Executive

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of online marketing concepts, and the ability to identify client needs to generate leads and conversions through consultative communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct

    outbound web calls and telephonic interactions

    with potential leads to promote company's digital marketing services.
  • Generate and qualify leads

    through research, database follow-ups, and targeted outreach.
  • Present company offerings, explain service benefits, and handle client inquiries effectively.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with the

    Sales and Marketing teams

    to schedule appointments, demos, or consultations.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the internal team to prepare customized proposals.
  • Meet and exceed

    weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

  • Follow up with prospective clients via email, chat, or video call for nurturing and relationship building.
  • Stay updated on current

    digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities

    to communicate effectively with prospects.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and cross-selling/up-selling initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in

    telemarketing, inside sales, or client acquisition

    , preferably in the

    digital marketing or IT services domain.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is essential).
  • Comfortable conducting

    web-based calls (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.)

    and using CRM or lead management software.
  • Persuasive communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Website Development will be an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of qualified leads generated.
  • Conversion ratio from lead to appointment/demo.
  • Client engagement and follow-up success rate.
  • Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
