We are looking for a Travel Executive with an outgoing personality and great enthusiasm for traveling and tour planning. The Executive will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and organizing end-to-end travel arrangements for our Clients. Your contribution will directly impact our company’s reputation and revenue.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ideate and offer the best tour plans as per the client's requirements and budget
• Well-versed in International and Domestic travel to suggest the best solutions to clients
• Manage ticketing, provide Visa and Passport assistance, plan accommodation, create itinerary for the entire tour, arrange cabs/ local transport, guide and direct the clients as needed, etc..
• Design interesting and engaging travel plans that match clients’ requirements and budget
• Be cordial and work towards retaining every client
• Resourcefully resolve any issues that might pop up during the tours
• Responsible for daily reporting, along with securing data and maintaining confidentiality per company policies
• Be result-oriented and drive growth and revenue

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (any major) - Must have
• At least 1 year's experience from the Travel and Tourism Industry
• Excellent communication and multilingual abilities
• Respectful, resourceful, resilient
• Tech savviness
