Job Summary:

We are hiring an Outbound Tele caller Executive for data collection and verification purposes.
This role involves making outbound calls to collect and confirm customer information.
This position is strictly non-sales and does not include any targets.
We offer a professional work environment with a fixed salary.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers using the provided database.
Collect and verify required customer information accurately
Update and maintain records in the system
Follow approved calling scripts and company guidelines
Ensure data accuracy and completeness at all times
Maintain professional, polite, and courteous communication

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate
Prior experience in outbound calling or data collection is an advantage
Strong communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
