Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Survey Executive – US Process, located in Coimbatore. The role involves conducting surveys over the phone with potential respondents in the US to gather accurate and valuable feedback. Daily tasks include contacting and engaging with participants, recording responses, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining a high level of professionalism to promote customer satisfaction and quality service. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with survey participants Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Analytical Skills to interpret and accurately record data collected during surveys Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude during interactions Time management skills and attention to detail for accurate and efficient survey administration Experience in telecommunication or a similar role is advantageous Willingness to work in a US shift
