Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Telecounselors and Telecallers to join our team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, guiding customers/students with accurate information, and helping them make informed decisions. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers/students and handle inbound queries.
• Counsel individuals by providing information about products, services, or courses.
• Persuade and convince customers to take the next step (enrollment/registration/purchase).
• Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in the database/CRM.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Ensure a professional and empathetic approach in all interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
• Good listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or sales is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
