Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Tele Counsellor to manage patient inquiries, explain treatments, and convert leads into consultations or bookings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly approach, and a strong ability to build trust over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for patient inquiries and follow-ups.
Explain clinic services, treatment options, and offers to potential clients.
Convert leads into confirmed appointments or consultations.
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-up actions in CRM.
Coordinate with the clinic sales and front office team for smooth scheduling.
Provide pre-consultation guidance and basic treatment information.
Ensure a high level of professionalism and empathy in all patient interactions.
Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in tele-counselling, inside sales, or customer service (healthcare/aesthetics preferred).
Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi.
Good computer and CRM handling skills.
Positive attitude, confident personality, and target-oriented approach.
