About Texas International Academy:

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our dynamic admissions/marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote the academy’s programs and courses.
Respond to inquiries from leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about courses, admission procedures, fee structures, and other academy-related queries.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to ensure high conversion rates.
Schedule and confirm appointments or campus visits for interested candidates.
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team for smooth processing of student enrollment.
Handle basic grievances or redirect calls to the appropriate department as needed.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
