We are looking for a talented and compassionate Telephone Counsellor to join Texas International Academy. As a Telephone Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance and support to individuals seeking educational opportunities. Your work will directly impact the lives of students and help them make informed decisions about their academic future. You will be involved in conducting telephone consultations, answering queries, and providing valuable information about our programs and services. This role is vital in ensuring student satisfaction and driving enrollment growth in our institution.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telephone consultations with prospective students to understand their educational goals and aspirations.
  • Provide accurate information about the academy's programs, admission criteria, and application process.
  • Offer guidance on course selection, career paths, and academic opportunities based on individual needs.
  • Address inquiries regarding tuition fees, scholarships, and financial aid options available to students.
  • Follow up with potential students via phone or email to provide additional information and support.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions and communications with students in the database.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless transition for students from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on educational programs, industry trends, and counselling best practices.
