We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecounsellor to join our admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential students and parents, explaining course details, and helping them with the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads and follow up on inquiries from various sources (website, social media, walk-ins, campaigns, etc.)
Counsel students and parents about Equalsign’s programs and course offerings.
Understand students’ needs and recommend suitable programs.
Achieve daily/weekly call and admission targets.
Maintain and update CRM records and daily reports.
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for smooth operations.
Handle queries and build trust with students and parents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English.
Strong customer service and relationship-building ability.
Prior experience in counseling, telemarketing, or sales (preferably in the education sector).
Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
