Job Responsibilities:

  • Call and counsel prospective students/customers regarding offered courses/services.
  • Understand their requirements and guide them with accurate information.
  • Maintain follow-up calls and convert leads into admissions/enquiries.
  • Update daily call reports and maintain CRM records.
  • Provide excellent communication and customer support.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Odia – as applicable).
  • Confidence, patience, and convincing ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to handle inbound & outbound calls professionally.
