Tele counsellor

The Tele Counsellor will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to guide parents and students about our tuition programs, courses, schedules, and enrollment process. The role involves converting inquiries into admissions through clear communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to leads generated through enquiries, campaigns, and referrals.

* Handle inbound calls and provide detailed information about courses, batches, fees, and faculty.

* Understand student/parent requirements and recommend suitable courses.

* Maintain follow-up calls to convert leads into admissions.

* Explain academic support provided by the tuition centre (study materials, tests, faculty expertise, etc.).

* Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM or Excel sheets.

* Coordinate with the academic counsellor or centre head for admissions and scheduling.

* Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.

* Provide excellent customer service and address queries politely and professionally.

* Update parents about upcoming batches, demo classes, and special sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in counselling, tele-sales, or customer support (education sector preferred).

* Good communication skills in English and regional languages.

* Strong convincing and presentation abilities.

* Basic computer skills (MS Office / CRM tools).

* Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

* Pleasant personality and positive attitude.

Preferred Attributes

* Prior experience in tuition centres/coaching institutes.

* Ability to understand academic needs of students.

* Energetic and student-friendly communication style.

Note: It is completely work from office. Location is at Lanco hills - Manilonda.
Timings: 12.00pm-9.00pm
