Tele Counsellor

We are looking for a highly motivated and articulate Telecaller.

The ideal candidate should definitely have:

• Minimum 6–24 months of experience in telecalling & sales. (Ed-tech preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• MBA/ PGDBM (Marketing/Sales/Business Management preferred).
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details, benefits, and career outcomes.
• Convert inquiries into walk-ins by effectively communicating value propositions.
• Maintain a strong follow-up system to nurture leads and maximize conversions.
• Understand customer needs, pain points, and guide them toward the right solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to optimize campaigns
