Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Collections Manager based in Jaipur. The Tele Collections Manager will oversee and manage a team of tele-callers responsible for contacting customers for payment collections. Responsibilities include designing and implementing collection strategies, monitoring team performance, resolving customer payment queries, ensuring compliance with company policies, and preparing regular reports regarding collections status. The Manager will also be accountable for meeting collection targets and collaborating across departments to optimize results.

Qualifications

• Proficiency and experience in tele-collections, team management, and collection strategies
• Effective communication, dispute resolution, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of in data analysis, report preparation, and utilizing collection software
• Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining compliance and achieving targets
• Good understanding of financial services and related industry practices
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
