Job Summary:

We are hiring Sales Executives who will be responsible for cold calling, generating leads, coordinating meetings, drafting quotations, and supporting basic operations. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and a good command of English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and draft quotations based on inquiries and travel requirements.
• Draft and send professional business emails.
• Maintain communication logs, lead sheets, and follow-up records.
• Provide support in basic operational tasks and coordination activities.
• Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in telesales or a similar customer-facing role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong verbal communication skills with good command over English.
• Presentable and confident personality.
• Proficiency in drafting quotations and professional emails.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email drafting).
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.

Salary: To be discussed based on experience and skill set.
