Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Psquare’s products and services. Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information. Maintain a detailed record of calls, leads, and customer feedback. Follow up on leads and convert them into appointments or sales. Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions. Handle customer objections and escalate issues when necessary. Work closely with the sales or marketing team to support campaign goals. Requirements: Minimum of a High School Diploma; a graduate degree is a plus. Prior experience as a telecaller or in a customer-facing role preferred. Excellent communication skills. Strong listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools. What We Offer: Competitive salary and incentives.
