Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation

  • Leverage social media, cold calling, email, and events to identify potential leads.
  • Continuously build a robust pipeline of prospective accounts and contacts.
  • Tap into the existing client network for referrals to find new leads.
  • Identify decision-makers and key influencers in prospective accounts.
  • Research accounts to understand their needs and challenges.

2. Initiating Contact

  • Draft customized emails and cold call scripts to introduce the company.
  • Make a strong first impression and build rapport with prospective clients.
  • Ask insightful questions to understand client challenges and requirements.
  • Qualify prospects by assessing their needs, budgets, and decision-making processes.
  • Propose next steps and request meetings to progress opportunities.
  • Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
  • Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders.
  • Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
  • Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
  • Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

6. Sales Planning & Reporting

  • Update the CRM with all prospect and client interactions consistently.
  • Analyse sales pipeline and activities using CRM insights.
  • Track and monitor key sales metrics, such as lead conversion rates.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Continuously improve sales processes based on data insights.

7. Partnership Management

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to generate qualified leads.
  • Work closely with Client Service teams for smooth client on boarding.
  • Partner with the Product team to improve features based on client feedback.
  • Build relationships across departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Tele caller Sales Executive or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations.
  • Experience – 3 years to 5 Years in Sales
  • Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Marathi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
