Filed Sales Executive Job Description Job Title : Field Sales Executive Department : Sales & Marketing Reports To : HRD Department Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation Leverage social media, cold calling, email, and events to identify potential leads. Continuously build a robust pipeline of prospective accounts and contacts. Tap into the existing client network for referrals to find new leads. Identify decision-makers and key influencers in prospective accounts. Research accounts to understand their needs and challenges. 2. Initiating Contact Draft customized emails and cold call scripts to introduce the company. Make a strong first impression and build rapport with prospective clients. Ask insightful questions to understand client challenges and requirements. Qualify prospects by assessing their needs, budgets, and decision-making processes. Propose next steps and request meetings to progress opportunities. 3. Conducting Presentations & Demos Prepare tailored presentations and sales proposals for client meetings. Travel to client locations to deliver formal presentations and product demos. Address client questions and objections confidently and effectively. Actively listen and adapt to align with client needs. 4. Negotiation & Closing Address client concerns and negotiate pricing or contract terms. Highlight product USPs, ROI, and value propositions to clients. Professionally ask for the business and close sales. Finalize and execute contracts, agreements, and payment schedules. 5. Account Management Retain and expand existing accounts by nurturing client relationships. Minimize client churn by ensuring satisfaction with solutions provided. Showcase new products or features through compelling presentations. Handle renewals, upsells, and additional purchases from clients. 6. Sales Planning & Reporting Update the CRM with all prospect and client interactions consistently. Analyse sales pipeline and activities using CRM insights. Track and monitor key sales metrics, such as lead conversion rates. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management. Continuously improve sales processes based on data insights. 7. Partnership Management Collaborate with the Marketing team to generate qualified leads. Work closely with Client Service teams for smooth client on boarding. Partner with the Product team to improve features based on client feedback. Build relationships across departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or a similar role. Having own Bike, Mobile & Laptop / Computer Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to deliver compelling presentations. Experience – 3 years to 5 Years in Sales Job Locations Pune Surat Salary ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month 2% incentive on achieving the target (Incentive :Incentives will be provided after receiving vendor payments, as per the slab-wise payment schedule.)
