Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs for both print and digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and branding teams to develop design concepts that align with our brand identity and communicate our message effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling designs for digital (social media, websites, online ads, emailers) and print (brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, banners).
• Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and content teams to produce creative assets.
• Edit and retouch images, infographics, and other visuals as required.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand standards and deliverables meet deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Prepare final designs for production/printing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva, Figma (or similar tools).
• Strong creative thinking, layout, and typography skills.
• Knowledge of color theory, visual hierarchy, and branding.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience in UI/UX design and wireframing tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
• Understanding of digital marketing creatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
