Role Overview

We are looking for a Only Female Telecaller / Business Development Executive who will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, introducing our solutions, generating leads, and scheduling meetings/demos for the sales team.

This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build trust with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls to potential clients.
• Explain company services (AI Solutions, Web & Mobile Apps, Automation).
• Generate leads and schedule demos/meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure client conversion.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (regional languages are a plus).
• Confidence in engaging with business owners and decision-makers.
• Basic knowledge of IT/software services (training provided).
• Ability to handle client objections and build relationships.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream (minimum requirement).
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or BPO.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
