Tele Calling Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele-calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy talking to people, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and clients from the provided database or leads.
• Explain products/services to customers clearly and effectively.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into potential sales or appointments.
• Maintain call logs, records, and CRM data accurately.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Work closely with the sales/marketing team to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
• Prior experience in tele-calling, telesales, or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [mention languages – e.g., English, Hindi, or regional language].
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM or calling software.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette.
