Key Responsibilities New Lead Research Online free platforms Work on research new leads online. Update and maintain accurate client information in Excel. Segment leads as per industry, location, or service requirement. Outbound Calling & Initial Contact Make introductory calls to potential clients. Briefly explain services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development). Identify whether the client has a requirement or interest. Qualification of Leads Understand client’s business goals, budget, and timelines. Categorize leads as Hot / Warm / Cold . Schedule appointments or demos for the Sales Team. Follow-ups & Nurturing Regularly follow up with warm leads until they are ready for conversion. Send Call/emails/WhatsApp messages as per client preference. Reporting & Coordination Share daily/weekly lead reports with the Sales Manager. Coordinate with the Sales Team for scheduled meetings. Provide market feedback to improve targeting.
