Job Description

The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and supporting the sales team. The role requires good communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to convince customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Calling & Follow-ups

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers, doctors, distributors, and B2B clients.
  • Explain products clearly (Ayurvedic & wellness products).
  • Follow up with leads regularly until conversion.
  • Maintain high call-volume activity per day.

2. Lead Generation

  • Identify potential customers from databases, ads, and inbound leads.
  • Create interest and schedule calls/meetings for the sales team.

3. Customer Support

  • Answer customer questions politely and professionally.
  • Provide product details, pricing, dosage, and benefits.
  • Handle complaints and escalate issues when needed.

4. Sales Support

  • Convert leads into orders through consistent follow-ups.
  • Support sales team in closing deals.
  • Promote monthly offers and new product launches.

5. Reporting

  • Maintain CRM / Excel sheet with call details.
  • Record customer responses, objections, and status.
  • Share daily/weekly calling reports with management.
  • Required Skills
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
  • Polite, confident, and customer-focused.
  • Good convincing and negotiation ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM).
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).

  • Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, customer support, or sales.
  • Experience in Ayurvedic or healthcare sector is an advantage.

Salary Range

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience).

  • Incentives based on target achievement.

Working Hours

  • 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Number of calls made per day (target: 80–120)

  • Leads generated
  • Follow-up completion rate
  • Conversion percentage
  • Customer satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,743.20 - ₹11,000.00 per month
