Job Description

We are hiring a Tele caller for Night shift to join our team at DataTec Solutions (a USA based Company). This is a full-time position based in Sawkuchi, Guwahati, Assam India. As a tele caller, you will be responsible for inbound calls from patients for scheduling appointments and providing information about our Doctor's Office. Outbound Calls also includes calls to Insurance to follow-up with the claims and payments. This role offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in customer relations, with the potential for career advancement within the organization. English Fluency is mandatory. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Paid time off Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Required) Work Location: In person
