Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain our products and services
• Generate leads and set up follow-ups with interested clients
• Maintain accurate records of customer information in databases and systems
• Verify data and correct errors where necessary
• Organize and manage physical and digital records for easy access
• Coordinate with internal teams to clarify customer requirements
• Prepare basic reports and assist with internal decision-making processes
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Experience: 0 to 2 years in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role (Freshers can apply)
• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is a plus
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
