Job Description

Job Title : Tele-counsellor

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Preferably from the Education Sector)
Gender: Female Only

Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented counsellor to guide prospective students and parents regarding our academic programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills with a passion for student counseling and career guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about various academic programs and assist them in selecting suitable courses.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, including cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups.
Explain program details, admission procedures, and fee structures effectively.
Convert inquiries into walk-ins and admissions through consistent follow-ups.
Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely updates on progress.
Generate referrals from existing students and ensure a high conversion rate.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling or educational sales (preferably in the education sector).
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and proactive in approach.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,342.00 - ₹28,765.00 per month

Work Location: In person
