Tender Truck is a fast-growing logistics tech startup transforming the trucking industry. Our innovative bidding platform connects fleet owners with loads, helping them operate more efficiently and profitably.

Job Role: This is not a sales target role. Your primary role will be to ensure smooth coordination and communication with customers, helping them resolve queries and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
*Handle incoming and outgoing calls to understand customer needs, issues, and updates.*Ask the right questions to clarify customer requirements and document accurately.*Liaise between customers and internal teams (Sales, Delivery, Operations, Support) for effective service.*Collect customer feedback, maintain call logs, generate daily/weekly reports.*Build trust, rapport, and long-term relationships with customers.*Suggest enhancements based on customer feedback and communication experience.

✅ Confident Communicators – Clear, polite, and persuasive in both Hindi & English.✅ Empathetic & Patient – Calm under pressure, with strong listening skills.✅ Proactive & Self-Motivated – Takes initiative, doesn’t wait to be told what to do.✅ Detail-Oriented – Records and communicates information with accuracy.✅ Strong Coordinators – Can juggle multiple threads, people, and priorities.✅ Tech-Savvy – Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Excel, etc.)

Qualifications
-Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum)-Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or coordination roles.**Freshers & recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
