Role Overview:

dynamic Pre-Sales professional

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming leads from marketing and channel partner networks.
Connect with potential customers, understand requirements, and pitch suitable projects.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for clients.
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and support the sales team.
Update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and closures.
Provide regular reports on lead status and conversion ratios.
Assist in events, project launches, and promotional activities to generate leads.

Requirements:

Minimum
6 months of experience
in a Channel Partner firm (real estate).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Good understanding of real estate markets, especially Pune.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
