The Tele Caller at Highfliers is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to the company's products or services, and generating sales leads. They will engage potential clients, handle inquiries, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. The Tele Caller plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or generated databases.Introduce Highfliers' products or services, explaining their features and benefits to prospective clients.Engage customers in conversation, build rapport, and address their questions or concerns regarding the offerings.Provide accurate information about pricing, promotions, and product/service details to encourage customer interest.Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their potential as sales opportunities.Set up appointments or demonstrations for the sales team with interested and qualified prospects.Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with potential customers to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the sales management team.Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including notes, inquiries, and feedback, using the CRM system.
Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.Qualifications and Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in sales or marketing is advantageous.Proven experience as a tele caller, telemarketer, or in a similar sales-oriented role is preferred.Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear and friendly phone demeanor.Persuasive and confident in effectively engaging customers and generating interest in products or services.Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales quotas.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using telecommunication tools and software.Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple leads simultaneously.Active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and tailor responses accordingly.
Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and maintain motivation throughout the sales process.Professional and customer-focused approach, with a commitment to building strong relationships.Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings or weekends, to accommodate different time zones or customer preferences.Ethical conduct and adherence to company policies and guidelines.Fluency in additional languages may be beneficial, depending on the company's target market.
