TELE CALLER/TELE SALES

As a Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in contributing to our sales team's success. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction levels remain high. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to develop and execute effective sales strategies. - Performance Reporting: Monitor sales activities and generate regular performance reports, providing feedback to facilitate strategic adjustments. To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications: - Educational Background: Minimum of a 10+2 Diploma or degree. - Experience: Ideally, 2+ years of experience in sales; however, freshers are also encouraged to apply. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi. - Negotiation Talent: Proven proficiency in negotiation techniques with a history of successful deal-making. - Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
