Job Description

The role of a Tele Caller Sales involves achieving and exceeding sales targets set by the Team Leader. You will be responsible for achieving set call objectives, including timely follow-up on web leads and making a specified number of calls per day. It is essential to update the Lead Management System (LMS) with relevant disposition and other required details. Adhering to a given script and maintaining call quality is crucial. You must communicate product features, benefits, and mandatory regulations accurately to customers. Additionally, you will support customer queries through online chat and generate leads for cross-selling. Ensuring policy copy status with correct details is also part of the responsibilities. Qualifications: - Graduation is not mandatory - Good communication skills in Hindi and English are essential Note: Immediate to 15 days notice period is required. Attractive incentives will be provided upon achieving 75% of the targets.,
