Role Description

This is a temporary job role, on-site role for a Tele Caller, located in Rajkot. The Tele Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone to promote our services and products. Day-to-day tasks include answering inquiries, providing information about offerings, handling customer complaints, and maintaining customer databases. The role also involves following up on leads, achieving targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Sales and marketing knowledge with the ability to achieve targets
Customer service skills and the ability to handle complaints
Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining databases
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in telecalling or a similar role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or related field is beneficial
