Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, and setting appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Explain IT products/services offered by the company.
• Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with clients via calls or emails.
• Maintain records of calls and client interactions.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal communication in Hindi and English.
• Basic understanding of IT products/services.
• Confidence in speaking with new people.
• Ability to handle rejections positively.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, email).

Qualifications:

• 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–6 months of relevant experience (Freshers can apply).
• Prior experience in IT/BPO/Telemarketing will be an added advantage.
