Tele Sales + Customer Support

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conducting phone calls with hot leads and following up until conversion into contracts (investment, business sales, advertising, and service sales).
• Proficient use of CRM systems, managing the entire leads database, updating follow-up statuses, and preparing periodic reports.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation and follow-up methods through online channels (WhatsApp, social media, email, digital ads) and offline sources.
• Consistent and structured follow-ups, maintaining professional relationships with potential clients.
• Creating blogs, promotional content, and supporting sales-related social media activities (in collaboration with the content and marketing team).
• Handling daily administrative tasks including reporting, meeting coordination, team communication, and assisting the Sales Manager.

Eligibility:

Graduate / Undergraduate

Minimum 6 months of BPO experience (International Voice)

Excellent/Good communication skills in English
