Job Description

Company - Essilor India Position Title: Sr.Customer Service Representative Department / Function: Customer Service Manage both incoming and outgoing calls of Customers. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit. Tele-calling on new products and delayed order update. Upselling of the products. Excellent communication skills Strong phone handling skills and active listening skills Should be a fast learner Experience / Track Record 3-5 years of experience of which 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service field. Geographical Experience Must have India market experience Qualification : Bachelor Degree Language Proficiency in English and local language. Multilingual will be advantage.
