JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a confident and energetic Telecaller with at least 1 year of experience and excellent communication skills. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with clients, and providing outstanding customer support. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, customer-focused, and capable of building strong client relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales or appointments.
• Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the system.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller/Customer Support Executive.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Local language as required].
• Strong listening and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Confident, smart, and target-oriented personality.
