Position: Tele caller / Calling Executive

Responsibilities:

Outbound & inbound calling to customers/clients.

Sending and replying to emails as per business requirement.

Maintaining customer database and records on computer.

Provide product/service information to customers.

Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.

Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

Female candidate only.

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

Good communication skills (Hindi/English as required).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email handling).

Should be confident, polite, and disciplined.

Fresher & experienced both can apply.
