The Tele caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients to offer and explain our real estate services. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, providing information about our properties, scheduling site visits, and maintaining a record of customer information and feedback. The Tele caller will also support the sales team in achieving their targets and ensuring a high level of customer service. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle objections Experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Highly motivated with a target-driven attitude Fluency in multiple languages is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a bonus
