Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and communication skills)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele Caller to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, taking customer orders, providing information about our services, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner.
• Provide information about menu items, offers, and services.
• Take and confirm food orders accurately and coordinate with the restaurant team.
• Maintain a record of customer interactions and feedback.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, reservations, or promotions.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through polite and efficient communication.
• Support the marketing or reservations team with telephonic campaigns if required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Plus Two or Graduate qualification.
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in tele calling or customer service is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages preferred).
• Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with order management or CRM software preferred.
