Role Overview:
The Tele-caller Representative / Executive will be responsible for engaging with
incoming leads and existing customers to introduce Vastu Finserve’s product
offerings, assess customer interest, resolve basic queries, and ensure accurate
logging of all interactions. The role demands strong communication, persistence in
follow-ups, and customer-centricity to contribute to lead conversion and service
excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Engagement & Conversion
o Call incoming leads via in-house platform to explain loan products (Car Loan, Commercial Vehicle Loan, Tractor Loan, Secured Business Loan).
o Check customer interest and convert into active leads.
o Forward interested prospects to the relevant sales team.
2. Lead Management
o Record and log uninterested leads with proper remarks.
o Re-attempt calling non-contactable/busy leads within reasonable timeframes.
o Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates.
3. Customer Support
o Address queries for fresh leads and existing customers.
o Provide basic resolution or escalate to concerned teams where required.
4. Data & Reporting
o Enter customer interaction details into the CRM system.
o Submit daily/weekly reports on calls, lead progress, and conversions.
o Share customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages.
Active listening, patience, and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections/rejections positively.
Basic computer literacy and CRM familiarity.
Goal-oriented and disciplined in follow-ups.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
0–3 years of experience in tele-calling, telesales, or customer support (NBFC/BFSI preferred).
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
