About the Role:

Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
Handle inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Follow communication scripts” and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Generate and qualify leads; schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Provide feedback to management to help improve customer experience and sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers welcome).
Communication:
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
Computer Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Interpersonal Skills:
Polite, persuasive, and patient with good listening skills.
Sales Orientation:
Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
