Role Overview:
We are hiring for our sister app,
Eaze
, an Emotional wellness platform. Currently, we operate in
Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi and Odia
. As we expand rapidly, we are seeing significant growth.We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Tele Caller
to join our team. The
Tele Caller
will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads, understanding the role needs, and offering suitable services & onboarding them to the platform. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle rejections professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing Wellness Buddies to inform them about products and services
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns
- Maintain detailed records of host interactions and transactions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Provide accurate and timely information to Wellness buddies
- Stay updated with the latest products, services, and promotional offers
- Train & Onboarding new Wellness Buddies as per Guidelines of App
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Odia & Hindi, and must be fluent in English (read, write and speak)
- Ability to handle Wellness buddy rejection and remain patient
- Basic knowledge of computer operations, CRM & Excel.
- Strong listening and negotiation skills with a positive attitude and ability to work in a team
