Role Overview: You will be a full-time Tele Caller located in Ghaziabad. Your main responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential clients, addressing customer inquiries over the phone, maintaining customer records, following up on leads, managing customer feedback, and reporting to the management team. It is essential for you to possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
