Job Description

Make outbound calls to new leads, old customers, and market contacts to introduce NLC's products (fancy lights, chandeliers, commercial lights, etc.).
Explain product details, offers, and promotions in simple and friendly language.
Follow up on inquiries, handle basic questions, and convert calls into showroom visits or confirmed orders.
Maintain and update daily call logs, lead sheets, and CRM records accurately.
Support the marketing manager with campaign follow-ups and event/offer reminders.
Coordinate with the showroom and field marketing team for lead handover and follow-through.
Collect and report customer feedback and competitor activity.
Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Minimum graduates preferred.
Experience: Freshers with good communication skills are welcome; telecalling or customer care experience is an advantage.
Languages: Fluent in Hindi; basic English speaking/understanding preferred.
Skills & Personality:

Pleasant voice and confident telephone manner
Strong convincing and listening ability
Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets/CRM entry)
Polite, patient, and target-oriented

Must be comfortable working in a 6-day-week office environment.
Should have a positive attitude and eagerness to learn about lighting products and customer service.
