Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on inquiries. Explain admission procedures, eligibility, courses offered, and fee structure. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions. Respond to incoming calls and resolve queries courteously and efficiently. Preferred candidate profile: Graduate in any discipline. Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam (Tamil & English is a plus). Prior experience in telecalling or customer support preferred, especially in education. Goal-oriented with a customer-centric attitude.
