Job Title: Telecaller Loan Services

Experience: 13 years (Experience Only)
Industry: Financial Services / Banking / NBFC
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote loan products (Business loans, Loan Against Property, Homeloan etc.)
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
Explain loan terms, documentation requirements, and eligibility criteria.
Follow up with leads and maintain a regular customer interaction pipeline.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, regional languages
Candidate having basic understanding of financial products and loans will have added advantage
Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus.
