Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and confident Pre-Sales Telecalling Executives to engage with potential customers, explain our product offerings, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain Homegenie products/services.
• Handle inbound enquiries and guide customers with essential information.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM/ERP systems.
• Follow up with prospects to convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
• Achieve daily and weekly call/lead targets.
• Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate Only (Any Degree Mandatory)
• Languages Required: Tamil, English, Kannada & Telugu
• Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn & customer handling ability
