GyanTV – Skill-based learning in regional languages (stocks, photography, small business & more). Dostt – Make new friends through voice chats, games, and real, authentic conversations. Eaze – A safe space to explore emotional well-being via community-driven support. AstroLokal – Instant access to trusted astrologers through audio and chat. And more – 10+ new apps in testing & exploration across agricultural advisory, legal advisory, financial guidance, and AI-powered personal assistants. Role Overview: We are hiring for our sister app - Dostt , an audio and video platform. Currently, we operate in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Oriya and Punjabi. As we expand rapidly, we are seeing significant growth. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Caller to join our team. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads, understanding their needs, and offering suitable services & onboarding them to the platform. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle rejections professionally. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing Hosts to inform them about products and services. Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns. Maintain detailed records of host interactions and transactions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Provide accurate and timely information to hosts. Stay updated with the latest products, services, and promotional offers. Train and Onboard new hosts as per Guidelines of App. Requirements Bachelor’s degree. Proven experience as a Tele Caller or in a similar role. Excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada and must be fluent in English (read, write and speak). Ability to handle Host rejection and remain patient. Basic knowledge of computer operations, CRM & Excel. Strong listening and negotiation skills with a positive attitude and ability to work in a team. Why Join Us?
