Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to generate leads and make outbound calls to potential customers. The role involves explaining products/services, building customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services and generate interest among customers.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with leads and convert them into appointments/sales.
Maintain records of calls and customer details in the CRM.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
6+ months of telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Target-driven and proactive approach.
