Job Description

You will be working as a Telecaller / Admission Counsellor for Online Programmes at Ganpat University in Mehsana, Gujarat. Your main responsibilities will include conducting outbound calls to potential students and addressing inbound inquiries regarding online BBA, MBA, and MCA programmes. It will be crucial for you to provide accurate information on the courses, eligibility requirements, tuition fees, admission deadlines, and compliance with UGC-DEB regulations. Moreover, you will be expected to offer guidance and advice to students based on their interests, academic background, and suitability for the programs. Following up diligently on leads generated from the website, campaigns, or walk-ins to enhance conversion rates will also be a key part of your role. Collaboration with the admissions team will be essential for successful outcomes. To be considered for this position, you should have at least 2 years of experience in tele-calling, counselling, or sales, preferably in the education sector. However, freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. A graduate degree in any discipline is required for this role. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati languages will be necessary to effectively communicate with potential students.,
